Although Rome never had the potential to save our civilization, this world empire left an indelible mark on our development. Most of our problems today originate from Rome. We have already talked about patriotism in part in the twenty-first Neanderthal, but here I want to focus on aggressive, expansionist, militarism.
We have never had a problem understanding our own uniqueness or Chosenness, just think of the Egyptians, the Hellenes, the Chinese, or even the Germans of the 1930s. We have never considered aggressive, conquering wars to be the height of immorality. We have never stopped trying to make everyone and everything in our image and likeness. Individually, these are all very old and common occurrences, but the Romans were able to incorporate these ancient ugliness into their own ideology. The sad, more precisely, pathetic thing about all this is that the Roman Empire, after all, has very successfully disappeared. The sad thing about this story is that we are still not haunted by the rather controversial legacy of the Romans. To this day, we want to bring everyone and everything under our control. To this day we want to fix everyone and everything and to this day we want to think that only our vision is the only right one and our mission is to spread this vision as much as possible.
Presumably, Neanderthals were simply trying to survive but became extinct when they encountered a more advanced species. Imagine what will happen to an aggressive and primitive species obsessed with many complexes and manias. The answer is self-evident, we will disappear just like the Neanderthals.Presumably, Neanderthals were simply trying to survive but became extinct when they encountered a more advanced species.
